A look ahead to Saturday's Ladbrokes Premiership match at Hamilton.

Hearts travel to New Douglas Park on Saturday in search of their sixth straight league win against fourth placed Hamilton Accies.

The hosts, meanwhile, currently sit in fourth place having amassed seven points in their first four games. Their last league outing saw them record a 2-0 victory at Inverness, before losing 2-1 to Raith Rovers in the League Cup.

Robbie’s thoughts

Speaking to the media at Tynecastle on Friday morning, Head Coach Robbie Neilson admitted he’s been impressed by what he’s seen of Accies so far this season.

“They’re a good team, they press really aggressively and they work hard as a unit. They make it really difficult to play football.

“I watched them against Dundee United and a couple of their goals resulted from them breaking up play in the middle of the park. So it’s important we recognize that and try to combat it,” Robbie explained.

View from the opposition

Accies boss Martin Canning has been impressed by Hearts' start to the season and sees plenty of similarities to the way his side came flying out the traps last year.

“Hearts are flying just now. We did the same thing when we came up last season, when we got off to a good start as the momentum was still in the side from the year before,” Canning told the media ahead of Saturday’s match.

“I saw Hearts against Motherwell and they look a good, strong, quick and powerful side. We’re under no illusions as to how hard a task it’s going to be.”
