We're back at Tannadice for the final time this season in our first post-split match. Here's our preview as we do battle with the Terrors once more.
Setting the scene...
With third sewn up and European football secured, Robbie Neilson's men arrive in the City of Discovery with a little weight taken off the shoulders. The season is far from finished though, with both the manager and Toby Sibbick stressing the need to keep up the momentum ahead of the Scottish Cup final in May.
The stakes are high for Dundee United, just one point clear of Ross County in fourth - they need to keep the points coming in if they're to qualify for European competition for the first time in a decade.
After a triumphant, but gruelling, Scottish Cup win over Hibs - the Jambos head to Tayside with a few notable absentees. Craig Halkett and Andy Halliday are on the sidelines as they recover from injury, whilst Stephen Kingsley also drops out to work on a recurring issue.
John Souttar and Beni Baningime remain out, but Hearts can look forward to welcoming Cammy Devlin back into the fold after his cameo at Hampden.
Last time out..
Craig Halkett struck late on to salvage a good point for Hearts at Tannadice last time out.
This is our story...
In the three clashes contested so far this season, Hearts have emerged the victors twice and dropped points once. The Jambos defeated the Terrors on their own patch back in August before following that up with a 5-2 demolition job at Tynecastle.
Craig Halkett snatched Hearts a share of the spoils back in March.
