Kev keen to keep going

Kevin McHattie doesn't want the season to end as he looks to bow out in style in front of bumper Tynecastle crowd on Wednesday.

Kevin McHattie has revealed that he wishes the season wasn't about to end so that he could continue to run out in front of packed crowds at Tynecastle.

The Scotland U21 cap thinks that the Jambos supporters will turn up in their numbers for Wednesday's final home match of the season and catch a glimpse of a team who are playing at the top of their game.

Speaking to the media this morning, Kevin said: "I think it'll be a magnificent crowd on Wednesday night. We'll go out there and do it for the fans.

"It's unbelievable to walk out to so many fans at each home game. Obviously as a young lad it's magnificent. For your career and for your future it's brilliant.

"With the run of form we're on we'd like the season to continue but obviously we can't do that. We've done well in the last five or six games. We've won five and drawn one which is brilliant.

"The team's coming together and the boys are flying right now. Sam Nicholson is doing great and we've got Callum Paterson who is flying right now.

"We've done great to get back up and going and we've done magnificently in the last few games."

Kevin's full press conference is available to watch on HeartsTV.
