Jack leaves Hearts

Jack Hamilton has agreed a deal to join Dundee.
Jack Hamilton will leave Hearts to join Dundee for an undisclosed fee ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper will join the Dens Park side on a three-year deal.
Jack joined the Hearts Academy in February 2009 and made his senior debut in an Edinburgh Derby during the 2014/15 season.
He leaves the Jambos having made a total of 63 first team appearances.
