Hearts Reserves to take on Rangers

14th December 2018

Hearts will face Rangers on Monday afternoon in the final SPFL Reserve League clash before the winter break.

The game is scheduled to kick off at 2pm at the Oriam, taking place on Pitch 1 - an outdoor grass pitch.

Andy Kirk's young side have won two on the bounce, beating Partick Thistle 2-1 in the only November fixture before dispatching Dunfermline 1-0 in Fife at the start of December.

They currently sit in eighth place in the table, on nine points after six league games.

Meanwhile, Rangers sit top of the table having lost only one game all season.

Graeme Murty - who famously had a spell as caretaker boss of the first team - is in charge of the Blues who have been boosted by the free-scoring Andy Dallas - not that one - who scored a hat-trick in their last game.

Supporters attending the game are encouraged to make use of public transport as parking facilities are limited at Heriot Watt University.
