Following last night’s victory in Estonia, the club now moves forward into the next round of the Europa League with a match against Birkirkara of Malta.
The draw placed us away from home for the 1st leg of this tie on the scheduled date of Thursday July 14th, with the return leg due to be played at Tynecastle on Thursday 21st July.
The SFA contacted UEFA on our behalf to confirm these dates as there is once again a potential clash of at least two Maltese clubs due to play at home on July 14th.
UEFA have this morning formally notified the club via the SFA, that the final match schedules for the Europa League 2nd qualifying round will be confirmed tomorrow morning, once all the 1st round matches have been completed.
The club thanks those fans who plan to travel for their continued patience and as soon as we have formal confirmation form UEFA in the morning, we will of course publish the scheduled dates for the second round matches v Birkirkara.
