Following the success of its first groups, The Changing Room project is back at Tynecastle Park this summer and looking for new participants from Wednesday 5th June (6pm).
Open to men aged 30 to 64, this free wellbeing group is based on weekly meetups where supporters engage in positive conversations and activities across the stadium.
Looking to get involved? Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
What participants say about the group:
“I’ve made a new network of friends and I’m able to go forward with new found confidence.”
“The Changing Room helped me through dark moods and is still helping, I’d recommend to any Hearts fans.”
“It’s just having a chat - about football, how your week’s been, etc. Doing this at Tynecastle ticks all the boxes and helps you speak in confidence in areas most fans don’t get to see.”
The Changing Room at Tynecastle Park is a joint initiative from the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH), Big Hearts Community Trust, The Movember Foundation and the SPFL Trust.
