Djoum's Cameroon held by Australia

23rd June 2017

Arnaud Djoum plays 90 minutes in Cameroon's Confederations Cup draw with Australia.

Arnaud Djoum yesterday played his second 90 minutes in a row for Cameroon in this year’s Confederations Cup tournament.

The Indomitable Lions were held 1-1 by Australia, despite taking the lead on the stroke of half-time through Marseille’s André-Frank Zambo Anguissa.

Australia grabbed the equaliser on the hour mark after Mark Milligan slotted home from the penalty spot.

The draw leaves Cameroon bottom of Group B. Their final game is against Germany on Sunday.
