FANS FUNDRAISING EVENTS
The Tynecastle Redevelopment Fund (TRF) is gaining momentum and plans for a bumper week of fundraising activities are well underway. As promised in Chair and CEO Ann Budge’s statement earlier this week, the club is pleased to publish details and dates for your diaries.
A series of events starting on Saturday 6th May going through until Sunday 14th May and we are confident that there will be something to please every fan. We hope that you will turn out and support our fundraising efforts.
Precise timings and ticketing details will be available shortly, but here are some dates for your diary:

Saturday 6th May | Fan event in the Gorgie Suite. Address from Ann Budge, followed by Q&A session with Ann and Director of Football, Craig Levein, followed by fans' rally. |
Saturday 6th May | Legends' Tours of the Main Stand. The last opportunity to have a behind the scenes tour of the stand before demolition work commences. |
Sunday 7th May | Match vs Aberdeen – the club is planning a number of special events to mark the final game to be played in front of the Archibald Leitch Main Stand. |
Monday 8th May | Meet the coaching team. Presentation and Q&A with the coaching team including, Ian Cathro, Austin McPhee, Jon Daly and Roger Arnott . |
Tuesday 9th May | The Players' Lounge extends to the Gorgie Suite, hosted by David Tanner |
Wednesday 10th May | Big Gorgie Race Night in the Gorgie Suite |
Thursday 11th May | Kids event from 5:30 at Tynecastle |
Friday 12th May | The Stand for the Stand. Comedy and Curry Night in the Gorgie Suite with comedians from Edinburgh’s famous Stand Comedy Club and curries from the Verandah Restaurant |
Saturday 13th May | Daytime event at Tynecastle to be confirmed |

Open Day and Family Fun Day The club is planning a fun-packed day at Tynecastle that will appeal to all age groups. There will be a wide range of attractions including street food stalls, merchandise, kids’ activities on the community pitch, giant games, face painters and the opportunity to meet players as well as a range of competitions – more details to follow. The Hearts Legends will be in action on the pitch playing 3 games of 30 minute each way Full details of timings etc. will be announced in the next week. |
We are also planning a Commemorative dinner and auction in June where we will be auctioning memorabilia from the Main Stand.
In line with the recent communication from Ann Budge, we will also be announcing ways in which fans can acquire a souvenir brick or seat (where possible) from the Main Stand.
