Craig Levein insisted his side will be "on their toes" against promotion-chasers Inverness in Saturday's Scottish Cup semi-final.
"I've been looking forward to it for a while," Craig revealed. "The fact that Robbo [John Robertson] is involved as well is good. He's done a fantastic job up there and they're finishing they're season very strongly. Because of that, we've got to be on our toes."
"I think both teams have a degree of pressure. We have the lion's share of that. We'll be expected to win the match. I prefer that, I prefer to have the odds in our favour."
The Jambos have played Inverness already this season when the sides met in the group stages of the Betfred Cup. Hearts ran out 5-0 winners that day thanks to doubles from Uche Ikpeazu and Steven Naismith, as well as one from Ben Garuccio.
"It's so easy to go and watch teams in Scotland and I don't think at this time in the season there are any secrets. I wouldn't be surprised if his team is not far away from the one that played as at Tynecastle at the beginning of the season.
"He'll have an idea of what we're going to do as well. I don't think the tactical side of things will be the most important thing in this game.
There will of course be a familiar face in the dugout as John Robertson takes charge of Inverness. The Hearts legend played alongside Craig Levein for much of his Tynecastle career and the two are firm friends.
"He's always had enthusiasm. He's a great guy, a brilliant guy, and we've always had a good relationship. It's great to see him doing well. The season started pretty slowly but he's really got them motoring now and they have a real chance of getting promoted.
"Robbo knows me and I know him and we'll know roughly what we're going to do. It might just be reliant on one or two players on the day either being exceptional or making mistakes. I'm looking forward to seeing him on Saturday."
