Craig Levein confirmed that the starting eleven will see some changes over the next two games as the squad gear up for the Scottish Cup Final on May 25th.
"I'll make some changes over the next couple of games for sure. There are some people who need matches and others who could do with a break. That's the challenge," Craig said.
In recent weeks Harry Cochrane has come back into the side, whilst Connor Smith and Ryan Edwards have made their first starts for the club.
"If I can make sure everybody who I feel can help us on that particular day is fit and available, then that will give us the best chance possible."
The gaffer also confirmed that Uche Ikpeazu and Peter Haring are not in contention for Friday night's game against Aberdeen."
"[Uche is] better. He won't make Friday. The plan would be that he plays in the first Celtic game. If he doesn't then we will keep him for the final.
"Peter's improving. He won't play on Friday. He's not back outside running yet - that starts next week. It depends how he reacts next week, whether we play him in two games or the final."
The Jambos have not win since the semi-final victory against Inverness and despite a good performance at times against Kilmarnock, they ended up on the wrong end of a 1-0 scoreline.
"We haven't been at our best recently... but I do believe we can pull out a performance when needed. That's all we need to do.
"Looking at us sporadically over the last wee while, we've popped up a few results when we've needed to.
"We've proved we can raise our game for particular matches and that's what we'll need to do.
