Arnaud Djoum’s Cameroon kicked off their Confederations Cup campaign last night with a loss to Chile.
The Jambos’ midfielder played the full 90 minutes in Moscow, winning his eighth cap in the 2-0 defeat.
The Indomitable Lions held on for most of the match but finally succumbed to Arturo Vidal’s 82nd minute opener, before Eduardo Vargas added a second in the final minute.
Cameroon sit bottom of Group B with Australia facing Germany this evening.
Arnaud is back in action on Thursday when Cameroon take on Australia.
