Hearts Colts have been handed an away tie at Waterford in the Tunnock’s Caramel Wafer Cup.
The young Jambos have been paired with the League of Ireland side in the trophy’s third round, with the match due to be played on September 7th/8th.
Previously known as the Challenge Cup, the tournament is now in its third year of cross-border matches and this tie will mark Waterford’s debut in the competition.
Andy Kirk’s side saw off Cowdenbeath last night to reach the final 32, with goals from Daniel Baur, Aidan Keena and Dario Zanatta securing a 3-1 win.
