Big Hearts, the club’s official charity, has today received 200 tickets for Sunday’s highly anticipated Betfred Cup Semi Final against Celtic at BT Murrayfield.
In line with the club’s commitment to making the match a day out to remember for families, Ann Budge, Hearts’ Owner & Chairman, has personally covered the cost of the 200 tickets. Big Hearts will distribute the tickets to their charity partners, with a view to enabling even more families to join the sea of maroon at Murrayfield.
Jambos have snapped up 27,000 tickets for the match to date and Ann Budge has been delighted with the backing of the Hearts support.
"The response from Hearts supporters has been fantastic and Sunday promises to be a very special day indeed. This is my way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported us.
“I personally want to ensure that as many families as possible get the opportunity to back their team on this memorable occasion, regardless of their personal or family circumstances.
"Big Hearts aims to improve the lives of people who are at higher risk of social isolation. This will enable them to reach out to communities across Edinburgh and distribute tickets to those who otherwise may not have had the opportunity to attend.”
