This February the Club's official charity, Big Hearts, made the school holidays very special for 23 children
Big Hearts helped 23 children from a wide range of backgrounds attend and enjoy last week's February Coaching Course, thanks to a fantastic donation from Edinburgh Tesco stores, and the continued support of DPS Group and Jambos Kickback.
The young people involved in Big Hearts' T.E.A.M Project, run in partnership with Multi-Cultural Family Base, attended the Club's February Coaching Course last week, along with a group of Syrian children referred to Big Hearts by the Edinburgh Council’s Syrian Resettlement Team.
The February Coaching Course, open to children between 5 and 13 years, is delivered by the Club’s Grassroots Football Development Department, and is supported by the DPS Group through their Local Heroes Fund to secure free places to young people involved in Big Hearts’ family programmes.
The Club and Big Hearts are delighted to offer the opportunity for children to get active, build confidence and make new friends.
