Big Hearts’ AGM takes place on Friday, December 4th between 12:30pm and 2pm. This year, for the first time since the charity’s launch in 2006, Big Hearts are inviting Hearts fans to attend.
The event takes place in the Gorgie Suite at Tynecastle. As well as formal AGM proceedings, there will be the opportunity to hear from Big Hearts Chairman, Jim Panton and General Manager, Caryn Kerr on key developments and future plans. The AGM will conclude with a Q&A session.
A buffet lunch will be provided from 12.30pm, before official proceedings begin, and guests will have the opportunity to meet Big Hearts' trustees, staff, volunteers, partners and a range of other key stakeholders.
Fans wishing to attend should contact Big Hearts via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and do so at the earliest opportunity to secure a place. Successful fans will then be issued with an official AGM invite.
