Supporters travelling to Pittodrie for Saturday’s Ladbrokes Premiership match between Aberdeen and Hearts should be aware of travel restrictions heading north.
With the closure of the Forth Road Bridge until January, and restrictions on the Kincardine Bridge, supporters are urged to check www.trafficscotland.org before they travel in order to plan their route.
Fans travelling by bus and car are encouraged to leave in plenty of time to avoid queues and arriving late at the stadium.
Scotrail will be running three services from Edinburgh Waverley to Aberdeen that will get supporters north in time for kick-off. These trains leave Waverley at 07.28, 08.29 and 09.29. Fans intending to travel by train should pre-book their tickets in order to not miss out on a space.
