The club is delighted to announce that supporters have now snapped up more than 12,000 season tickets for this year's Championship campaign.
Robbie Neilson's side is on course to run out to a full home end at every Tynecastle match as fans continue to join the revival in huge numbers.
Last month it was revealed that last year's sales total was beaten in just four week, but Hearts fans continue to set new standards in levels of support and backing of the club.
A Hearts spokesperson said: "To have passed the 12,000 mark in season tickets sold for this coming campaign is a terrific achievement and we must say a huge 'thank you' to our wonderful supporters.
"Our Ticket Centre staff have worked incredibly hard in order to accommodate the phenomenal demand for season tickets, the likes of which have not been seen here for years.
"When you take into account hospitality numbers and seats reserved for matchday operations, we are only a few hundred from a home sell-out.
"Though our supporters will no doubt be aware of this, we feel it is important to reiterate the fact that there will be very limited availability for Hibs and Rangers games at Tynecastle, with only season ticket holders guaranteed a seat to watch Robbie and the boys in action."
