Kelty loan duo return to Hearts

Scott made twelve appearances for the Central Park side in League One and scored once - the second goal in a 2-0 home win over Falkirk back in August. 

Cammy Logan also returns to Gorgie this January. The defender made 14 appearances for John Potter's side.
