Hearts hospitality team claim top Best Bar None Awards
27 November 2023Heart of Midlothian Football Club's Hospitality Team recently clinched two prestigious awards at the Best Bar None Edinburgh Awards.
The team were announced as a winner of both the ‘Speciality Entertainment Venue’ and ‘Local Award’ categories presented during the annual awards ceremony held at Tynecastle’s Gorgie Suite.
The team orchestrates seamless matchday hospitality and events, as well as the 1874 Supporters Bar and the Skyline Restaurant, creating memorable experiences for patrons across Tynecastle Park.
Graeme Pacitti, the Head of Hospitality and Catering Operations, acknowledged the team who delivered the award.
“This award just wouldn’t happen without our exceptional team who work really hard to deliver a first class service,” he said.
“Most people that come to Tynecastle Park for our matchday hospitality or an event just wouldn’t realise the amount of work, planning and skill that it takes to deliver a seamless event that our staff do regularly.
"It really is well deserved recognition for everyone who works at Tynecastle Park and is a testament to their commitment to excellence in delivering a high standard of service.”
The Hospitality and Catering teams operate entirely in-house, managed and executed by dedicated Heart of Midlothian staff. Every aspect of these operations is orchestrated by our team, ensuring that every penny earned circulates back into the club.
Best Bar None participants are given support and advice to improve the safety of their staff, premises, and customers and to adopt high management standards. Their focus remains on elevating safety standards, acknowledging exemplary performance, and contributing to the reduction of crime in licensed premises across Scotland.
