With the option of holding intimate meetings, large conferences or creative exhibitions, Tynecastle Park has the event space to suit your needs.

Main Stand Half-Day Delegate Package

  • Exclusive hire of one of our event spaces from 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm
  • Water available throughout
  • Tea and coffee with a selection of biscuits, served on arrival
  • Mid-morning or afternoon serving of tea and coffee

 

Main Stand – Full Day Delegate Package

  • Exclusive hire of one of our event spaces from 9am-5pm
  • Water available throughout
  • Tea and coffee with a selection of biscuits served on arrival
  • Conference lunch
  • Afternoon serving of tea and coffee

 

Please note that we can take final working numbers three working days prior to each event, however after this point we can accommodate an increase in numbers.

We would be grateful if menu selections could be provided one week prior to the event where possible.
