With the option of holding intimate meetings in our Directors' Suite to organising large conferences in the Gorgie Suite, Tynecastle is ideal for any company – big or small.

 

SUITE DESCRIPTIONS:

Gorgie Suite

Our largest suite situated on the ground floor of our Gorgie Stand. WIth natural day light and the view of our famous pitch, this modern and spacious suite is the ideal conference and event setting. WIth a large foyer area including cloakroom, private washrooms and bar facilities, it is the perfect space to hold your networking event, tradeshow, seminar, award ceremony or gala dinner. This suite can also be divded into two with a retractable partition.

Willie Bauld Suite

Our ground floor suite, situated in our main stand, is located in close proximity to our Gorgie Suite. A popular choice as a conference syndicate room or a team building event, this contemporary suite can be easily adapted to meet your requirements. The suite includes private washrooms and bar facilities.

Bobby Walker Suite

Access is via the player's entrance, located on the ground floor of our main stand. This cherished suite accomodates up to 70 guests for a formal reception. Virtually self-contained which means your event will benefit from a private bar, private washrooms and kitchen facilities. It is a perfect setting for a company recruitment day or interviews.

John Robertson Lounge

A suite dedicated to one of the club’s most famous icons, the John Robertson Lounge  is superbly situated at the corner of the main stand with an incredible view of the playing arena. You will have the option of stepping out into private stadium seating. This versatile lounge is characterised by a two tier component, perfect for a small social gathering or private dinner.

Directors' Suite

Located on the first floor of the main stand, access is via the player’s entrance.  The exclusive Directors' Suite houses many of the clubs trophies and memorabilia. With a warm setting this room is ideal for board meetings or an intimate business dinner.

Day Delegate Rates

We are pleased to offer the following day delegate package; to include the following:

  • Room hire of main meeting room (08.30 – 17.30)
  • Freshly brewed tea or filter coffee on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea, filter coffee served with bowl of fresh fruit
  • Finger buffet lunch (choose 5 items from our selector) with cordials
  • Mid afternoon tea, filter coffee served with biscuits
  • Data projector with projector screen and flipchart
  • Access to complimentary on-site car parking 

£30.00 (Inc VAT) per person 

(Based on a minimum of 60 delegates in our Gorgie Suite)

 

We would also be delighted to tailor packages to your specific requirements

 

Please note that we take final working numbers three working days prior to each event, however after this point we can accommodate an increase in numbers..

 

We would be grateful if menu selections could be provided one week prior to the event where possible.
