Heart of Midlothian Supporters' CharterHearts releases a Supporters' Charter at the start of each season.

Designed to be a 'guide' to everything to do with Hearts, the Supporters' Charter has been recognised by UEFA as a model for best practice.

The Heart of Midlothian Supporters' Charter includes:

  • Detailed information on the full range of Hearts services available
  • Contact and customer services information and our standards for best practice
  • Supporter conduct information, including our policy on breaking this agreement

    The 2008-09 Supporters' Charter is expected to be released in August, copies of which will be sent to Season Ticket holders and regular match ticket holders.

    Additionally copies will be available from the Ticket Centre, Superstore, CityStore and club reception. An online edition will also be available to download.
