Football Fans in Training, which was recently voted the best programme of its kind in Europe, gives men aged 35-65 the opportunity to learn the principles of fitness and healthy eating from the experts at Hearts.

Men who did the 12 week course last season described it as a life changing experience and said they would recommend it to anyone.

Registration for the 3 courses being run in 2011 and 2012 closes on 6th August 2011, and places at some clubs are already limited.
