Manager Jim Jefferies has insisted that new signing Adrian Mrowiec will prove a valuable addition to his Hearts squad this season.

As exclusively revealed by Hearts News this afternoon the Polish ace has penned a three-year deal, and he has been included in the squad heading to New Douglas Park tomorrow after international clearance was received.

"I have looked at him and I think you need a squad of players," JJ said.

"He has acquitted himself well. We have been impressed and I think there is a job he can do for us.

"There are no guarantees but he is a big strong physical presence and he will be a useful addition."
