Twelve budding young hip hop stars hit the Gorgie Suite at Tynecastle last week for the Summer Hip Hop Workshop led by Nikki McAndrew.

The young dancers were taught a variety of different moves including freezes, apple jacks and the six step.

Everyone performed a mini dance off for parents at the end with some very imaginative moves thrown on show!

The Heart of Midlothian Education and Community trust has a final hip hop workshop on Tuesday 3rd August for 5-8 year olds at Tynecastle from 11am-12.30pm.
