Sport Relief challenge
Sunday sees the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile return to Edinburgh's Holyrood Park and Heart of Midlothian FC is proud to lend its support by challenging all true Hearts fans to dust off their trainers and raise money to help to transform the lives of those in desperate need across the UK and the world's poorest countries.
Milers will take over Holyrood Park for the day and it's not too late to join the fun as you can sign up on the day at the starting line in the Park's Broad Pavement car park. If you don't fancy running, there will be plenty of activity to keep all the family entertained!
The Edinburgh Mile is one of hundreds of Sport Relief Miles taking place across the country on Sunday, 21st March. Anyone taking part can choose to do 1, 3 or 6 miles - and supporters are being urged to show their true colours and wear their Hearts home or away shirts with pride while taking part - along with the official Sport Relief socks, of course! Sport Relief harnesses the power and passion of sport to change lives for the better.
And, the best bit is, all the cash raised will help to transform the lives of those in desperate need across the UK and the world's poorest countries.
Hearts star Ian Black said: "I am challenging all Hearts fans to do your bit for Sport Relief and enter the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile in Edinburgh. By taking part you will be raising cash to help people who live unimaginably tough lives every day."
On Hearts.TV today, don't miss an exclusive interview with Jim Jefferies as the big derby date approaches.
