The Ghana international was sent-off for a tackle on Fraser Fyvie six minutes into the second period at Pittodrie, a decision that manager Jim Jefferies and the club strongly contested.

Under the terms of the appeal referee Willie Collum has told the Hearts that he is "content" with the decision that he took.

As such there is no further right of appeal against the decision.
