Keep up the good work
Lee Wallace insisted today that it's vital Hearts maintain the momentum provided by the win over Falkirk when Hamilton visit Gorgie on Sunday.
The Scotland international set Jim Jefferies on his way to his first win on his return as Jambos boss with a cracking opening goal in the 3-2 triumph over the Bairns.
With Billy Reid bringing his Accies to Tynecastle this weekend, the left-back is determined to keep up the good work already achieved under the new boss.
"The new manager has made a big impact on the dressing room with Billy and Lockie and hopefully we can take that into the games at the weekend and start climbing the table," he said.
"Everything that we're doing in training we're trying to take into games but it's about getting that winning mentality again and getting the confidence back. Working hard during the week can only benefit you on Saturday.
"We won last weekend so confidence will be high going into Hamilton.
"They always prove difficult opposition but if we do things right on the day then I'm sure we can win the game.
It was good to win the manager's first game back at Tynecastle - it's just a pit it took three games to get that victory. It's about keeping positive, looking forward and trying to keep the winning streak going."
Lee is hoping to be named in Craig Levein's first squad as Scotland manager for the upcoming friendly against the Czech Republic and is disappointed that team-mate Andrew Driver has been deemed ineligible.
"Personally I have to target Scotland's next game as I have been involved in the last couple of friendles," he said. "I want to stay involved as long as I can but it is up to the manager to decide.
"First and foremost at club level I'm looking to finish the season on a high by getting into the top six then trying to get as high up the table as possible.
"It's disappointing but Andrew's situation is outwith myself or his control. The decision has been made but it would have been nice to play together at that level but the situation is what it is and we just have to get on with it."
On Hearts.TV today, Jim Jefferies' pre-match press conference from Riccarton, plus Lee meets the media as well.
