HNT: Decisions to be made
Hearts boss Jim Jefferies today admitted he may be forced to bring back players sooner than he would prefer as he battles to cope with his injury crisis.
The Tynecastle manager has seen his squad decimated by injuries, last night's weakened starting XI. producing an industrious performance against Celtic in going down 2-0 at Parkhead.
Basement club Falkirk visit the Capital on Saturday and JJ told Hearts News Today that he has some careful decisions to make ahead of the clash regarding players who are on their way back to fitness.
"There are some players who are maybe needing an extra week's training who might be involved," he said.
"Circumstances might mean we will have to push them in. I haven't spoken to Rob our physio yet so I'll have a better idea after that."
Full-back Jason Thomson failed a late fitness test ahead of last night's game and JJ admitted he is the most likely player to make Saturday's Clydesdale Bank Premier League meeting with the Bairns.
"Jason has had a scan on the side of his knee as he wasn't getting full movemnt," he added.
"He'll have a chance as he was close for Celtic."
On Hearts.TV today, JJ and in-form Marian Kello look ahead to Falkirk at today's pre-match press conference.
