Csaba Laszlo today insisted he's more interested in getting a number of his key first team stars back to fitness - hailing their eventual return

Grinning at the usual opening question of 'latest transfer news?' in his pre-match news conference, earlier, the manager stressed that he has great faith in the players that have produced some superb results in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League of late.

These have been regularly achieved without half a dozen of Hearts more experienced players, who have been injured.

Csaba said: "I think the most important thing is that we won the last game and for me the new player is [Andrew] Driver. Craig Thomson will be a new player after his injury, and Jose Goncalves, too. The new player is also Calum Elliot.

"I don't ever give up, I am positive, I am positive and I would like to win the next game 1-0 with the players I have. Even if I get new players I try to win.

"If we don't get new players I hope our "new" players can help us. I don't concentrate on things that can't help me. I must concentrate on things I can change. I must not lose energy and must focus on the actual squad.

"We must keep this position an attitude that we have got. I think this is the best. Normally I bring you names but this does not help me, the club or the players.

"I told you before if you jump back I am positive and I think maybe something can happen, but I must not go into the dressing room and talk about getting new players as this does not help my players.

"Together what we achieved we can achieve in the next game. We have had some good results."

Andrew, Craig, Jose and Calum miss out at Ibrox, as does David Templeton and Jonny Stewart. Lee Wallace remains a doubt with an ongoing heel problem, with Csaba hopeful he can return to training before the weekend.
