Hearts has launched a unique Official Christmas Card for 2009 with official charity partner Erskine.

The image which features on the front of the card, which has been kindly provided by the Imperial War Museum, shows the officers and men of 26th Divisional Ammunition Train playing football during the First World War in Salonika.

This will be the club's official Christmas Card for 2009, to be used in sending seasons greetings to stakeholders, partners and suppliers.

And for the first time supporters can also buy the card with all profits going towards the charity that cares for ex-service men and women.

Managing director Campbell Ogilvie said, "This is a unique opportunity for supporters to buy the official Hearts Christmas Card for the first time, and vitally support the remarkable work of Erskine.

"We expect demand to be extremely high given the incredible support our supporters have lent to Erskine in the last few months, and the fantastic chance to send 'official' cards out."

The official Christmas card is available in packs of ten priced at £4.95. Three packs of cards are priced at £12. Supporters can order them via Erskine's online store or download and send off the application form.

Cards will not be available to purchase direct from Tynecastle in order to speed up the fulfillment process of cards direct from Erskine's own print house.
