Hearts today reminded supporters that sales of tickets for the forthcoming pre-season challenge matche against Sunderland are well underway with nearly 9,000 tickets now sold.
The Black Cats head to Edinburgh to provide the stiffest possible opposition ahead of the new season.

This fixture is ALL TICKET.
This game is not included in the 2009-10 Season Ticket package.
Supporters who book tickets online will have the option to self-print their own match ticket using the TicketFast service from Ticketmaster. This works very similar to an online check-in for flying in that supporters can print their own uniquely barcoded ticket which they present at turnstiles on the night.
The Season Ticket pre-served period is over and supporters who have not added this match to their smartcard will now require a match ticket. All seats are available for general sale.
Category B Season Ticket holders v Sunderland - As a result of the contractual agreement with Sunderland, Category B Season Ticket holders are unable to book their 2009-10 seats for this match and as a result their Smartcards will not be valid.

Additional important information:
Hearts is using these two pre-season challenge matches to introduce the club's new access control system, AcesssManager, from Ticketmaster.
Season Ticket holders should note that they must book tickets for this match if they wish to attend. If they wish to use their 2009-10 seat it can be added to their Smartcard before Friday 31st July at 5pm. When a supporter books their 2009-10 seat for either game their Smartcard is activated to allow entry.
After Friday 31st July at 5.01pm unsold seats are released. Any Season Ticket holder wishing to book seats WILL require match tickets as normal.

All supporters who asked to have their Season Ticket Smartcards sent out via post should now have these. All other Smartcards are available for collection now. Photo ID is required for U12 and Student concession Season Tickets.
