Season Ticket holders in the platinum zone for 2009-10 who have provided a valid email address will be receiving information on how to access their free subscription to Hearts.TV today.

Around 1,600 out of just over 2,000 qualfying supporters provided email details, allowing them to be registered to receive an email which will include a unique one-off promotional code which can be used to activate a year-long subscription.

Supporters who have not received their email by early next week (but not before) should contact Hearts Customer Services via 0871 663 1874, option 1, then option 8 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) or email customerservices@homplc.co.uk.

Those supporters who have not provided a valid email address will be able to do so, and the club will send out how to access details on a weekly basis. Supporters should note that it is not possible to send out unique emails as access is managed via Hearts online partner Perform's database.

Once received, Platinum Season Ticket holders can use their unique access code to register their details, including name, address, username, password and other key information, and then log in to a free year of Hearts.TV right through until 31st July 2010!
