Hearts starlet Jonathan Brown played a key role for Scotland as Billy Stark's side defeated Slovakia 2-1 in the opening match of their U19 European Championship Elite Round.

Jonathon played the 90 minutes and acquitted himself well as Rangers duo Stephen Stirling and Jamie Ness got the goals which sealed victory for the Scots, who now take on Bosnia-Herzegovina in Doncaster tomorrow evening before facing England on Monday night at Bramall Lane.
