Report to: Football Academy
Report time: 6.10PM Tuesday & Thursday. 9.00AM Sunday
Pick up and drop off points / times: East Kilbride - 4.30PM
Kaldis - 5.00PM
Mings - 5.20PM
Polmont - 5.35PM
Training starts: 6.30PM Tuesday & Thursday. 9.15AM Sunday
Training ends: 8.00PM Tuesday & Thursday. 11.45AM Sunday
Kit required: Full training kit, 2 x water bottles, snack and drink
Additional information: Please bring outdoor training kit for Thursday session. If unable to attend any session please inform coach and bus driver that if required you will not need picked up by bus.
