The comments come in the week after a game in which Falkirk player Darren Barr was ordered off at Tynecastle following an alleged incident at the end of Saturday's game.

Ivanauskis today said: "I have reminded all my squad that a successful team requires not just footballing ability but also an awareness of the importance of discipline at all levels. We are working very hard to deliver success and by strengthening all aspects of our game will we achieve our aims."

Andrius Velicka, who was involved in the incident at the end of the game against Falkirk, said: "I was naturally delighted with the three points on Saturday. However the shine was taken off the result by the events at the end of the game.

Andrius continued: "I am myself a physical player and appreciate this quality in other players. It is an important feature of the SPL and something I am comfortable with but I am also keen to improve all other areas of my game."
