After several highly productive and successful years as U19 coach, Darren's role at Hearts recently changed to Player Development Manager. Darren will still take charge of the current U19 squad, but will work closely with Director of Football John Murray and First Team Coach Gary Locke to help ease the transition of youngtsers progessing to the first team.
